  • We’ve just had an amazing week at Villa Zeytinlik. The space was perfect for myself, my husband, our two boys and my dad.
    The location was great, the pool was an absolute dream and the top floor was ideal for my dad, giving him his own comfortable space.
    Sharon was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She arranged our boat trip, which we all thoroughly enjoyed, the kids even said it was the best day of the holiday! She also recommended some wonderful places to eat.
    It was lovely to meet her and was reassuring to know she was only ever a phone call away if we needed anything.
    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kalkan.
    Damien and Amanda were so helpful when booking the villa and answering any questions we had.
    We’ll definitely be recommending this lovely villa to family and friends.

  • This September / October (2026) will be our fourth year in a row that we've stayed there, which hopefully says quite a lot. It's very spacious over the three floors with multiple areas to sit / relax / eat & drink, be it in the sun or shade.

    My favourite spot would be the middle floor outside terrace, looking down on the pool....especially when it's lit at night.

    Being 15 minutes stroll downhill to the town, its far enough away not to be affected by bars / restaurant noise. (get a taxi back up for about £4 would be my suggestion) A/C to all bedrooms and the living room is perfect. Huge TV with local freeview channels is great, even for music channels in the background.

    There's a well-stocked supermarket literally two minutes' walk up the hill. Café Vita and Aqua Restauant are both about five minutes' walk away. Both owners are genuinely lovely people and great hosts.

  • We've just returned from a second stay at this wonderful villa (Oct'24), and have booked for next year already! When you find something that ticks all the boxes, why not? Hugely flexible space that suits families or a group of friends. Great pool and loads of different areas to sit, eat, read, drink and sunbathe. Gentle stroll down the hill into the old town and harbour. So many excellent restaurants and bars...don't think you'd manage to visit all in ten years of holidays there! Taxi back up the hill, a well-spent £4 or so. Small Carafour supermarket five mins walk away.
    Recommended.

  • We stayed for 17 nights in September at Villa Zeytinlik. Lovely villa, comfortable, well equipped, great views and quiet location just off Kalamar Road, close to all amenities including Aqua Bistro and Furreyya Galata Balikcisi (Fish restaurant) both a two minute walk from the villa where we had fabulous meals. Generous welcome pack was provided and great service from Sharon & Rami at the management company. The owners Amanda & Damien were very helpful and communication was great too. Everything was exactly as described, if not better, so much so that two friends who visited during our stay have now booked the villa for next year! Highly recommended!

  • We would highly recommend staying at Villa Zeytinlik. The correspondence with Amanda was fantastic pre arrival and Amanda made sure we had everything we needed in arrival - welcome pack, for baby bath, high chair. The villa is equips to a high standard and had everything we needed and more for our family holiday. The pool was lovely and clean and a great size for our family of 9.
    Whilst at the Villa our flush in our bathroom stopped working and when reported to the management company this was fixed within an hour. The pool was also cleaned on a daily basis.
    The villa is in a fabulous location - just a few minutes walk to some lovely restaurants and a spa. The walk into the main town took us 10 minutes but taxis are freely available and only cost £2-3 for a taxi journey. Kalkan offered us a great value holiday in a lovely, safe location and we enjoyed some lovely meals at some amazing restaurants but also enjoyed barbecuing at the villa and using the Villa Eats app to order food to the villa.
    While in Kalkan we visited beach clubs, enjoyed a boat trip, went to Patara Beach, the teenagers enjoyed water sports, the ladies had a Turkish Haman and massage. The same standard of holiday in any other European destinations would have cost us double the price. We will definitely return to Kalkan and would highly recommend Villa Zeytinlik.

  • My family & I stayed at Villa Zeytinlik 20/7/20 - 01/08/20. It's a fantastic villa that is well equipped, clean and in a great location, being close to bars, restaurants and shops in Kalamar, but also only a 15 minute stroll into town.
    The pool is lovely and the villa has some great views across the bay. The bedrooms all have fans and a/c so its been easy to keep the bedrooms cool at night.
    Overall a fantastic stay. Thank you
