Booking direct with the owner means personal contact and no booking fees or commission to pay
a 20% deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival, we also require with the final payment a 250 GBP damage deposit which will be refunded within 7 days of vacating the villa subject to satisfactory check.
The Villa rental price includes the cost of the normal usage of gas, electricity, mains water and weekly cleaning. If staying for 2+ weeks the bedding and bath towels will be changed weekly, Pool towels are provided one per person per holiday (the pool towels are only changed on changeovers).
